FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (2 POSITIONS)

1.OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Will be responsible to accounts receivable, accounts payable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys.Preparing monthly report to be submitted to finance manager
2 ESSENTIAL TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys
• Ensures the safeguarding of all company funds
• Issues, codes and authorizes purchase orders
• Reconciles the accounts payable
• Reconciles the accounts receivable
• Compiles source documents
• Issues sales invoice and receipts
• Reconciles daily and weekly cash balance
• Reconciles transactions with government services
